I downloaded the California Ocean regulations a couple of weeks ago and read over them several times now. Just putting on the finishing touches to my fishing cart. It will be able to hold four poles, a fish bucket, small cooler for sodas, and tackle box with extras. In the central area there are some fish that is closed season in March and April but May is just around the corner along with my Van getting fixed then were off to the fishing spots. I figure I would start out at Pacifica pear and branch out from there. Nice talking to you all.
