Knight Revolution Surprise--
« on: April 25, 2004, 10:24:54 AM »
Apparently, looks can be deceiving.

The latest from Knight is that some 100 Revolution models have been shipped, but further production has been delayed due to a bit of final production tweaking-- with Knight now estimating "July Delivery."

Most surprising to me, is that the Revolution is already the fasted-selling new Knight model ever introduced, according to Knight-- with over 17,000 rifles already sold, and counting.

thats hard to beleave Randy,i dont care for the looks of the new Knight at all.i read in one of their adds that they gaurante  2.5inch groups at 100yds.what has their standard changed?all the Knight rifles that i have owned and that my sons own all shoot at MOA or better.sure hope they dont loose their a$$ a on this one

i think the Knight Rifle is the best muzz going today.but that is based on all their other rifles.

The only people I've talked to that have shot the gun, from part of the initial production run, are Knight employees themselves. I won't have one to test here until July-- and that's just a guess.

Jeff, I agree-- I think they should lose the 2-1/2" 'guarantee.' T/C has no written accuracy guarantee at all, but that hasn't changed dramatically slowed sales. It "sounds" like 2-1/2" is what Knights do-- I've never shot one that wasn't better.

For some reason when i see them i automatically think of a Ruger #1, even thought it doesnt really look like it. Just out of curiousity, what are the specs about it, barrel length, weight, etc.
