I got my new motorized RCBS Trim Pro up and going today but started having a reall HARD time getting the cases to slip into the case holder. So I called RCBS on their toll free line and in no time the gal on the other end said she'd send me a new holder unit!! Its SO nice to have businesses respond to me as a person rather than as an idiot (i.e., "You must be doing something wrong"!!) They do know something about building customer loyalty!

Dusty : And to top it all off when and if you tear it up your fault or theirs they will be there to assist you in the future at no cost to you now thats service.

They have always been more than fair with me. In fact they sent me a new cutter head for the trimmer I got from you before it even arrived.

By the way thanks.............it was a whole lot more case trimmer than I expected. I think its only right that forum members and anybody else should know ...who the great people are to do business with. You are one of those.

Its 54 miles from my gate to their parking lot. Years ago I just had to have a green machine, after I got it I spent a lot of time at RCBS having Jay (now deceased) fixing it and helping me with it till he finally had enough and offered me a 4x4 auto press in trade if I promised not to bother him with the green machine again. Deal done, couple of other time with probs would drive up there and got all kinds of good help, plus replacement parts at no cost. Their phone operators have always been very helpfull in the parts dept. getting stuff sent out at no cost. Next door to them is hunington's sporting goods. (Fred Hunnington) with a museam(sp) in the back with with a lot of good stuff to look at.

Totally agree about RCBS customer service- that's why they get nearly all of my reloading equipment business. :-)

Gun Runner, I know about Huntington's, have been there a number of times. My mother lives in Oroville (I'm in Modesto) so every once in awhile I go thru your part of the country.

90% of my equipment is RCBS. Great people to deal with. :agree:

I have been using rcbs for years too and they have always been great to me. In all the military moves I did over the years a lot of small parts for my gear was lost and they sent me new springs or pins or whatever it was for free every time. They even sent me a new hopper for my uniflo once when I told them I broke it myself. Great company. Since I started business they have been one of my best sellers too. The word gets out fast about companies like them and people stick with them.

I got that new part from RCBS today and I'm here to tell ya that electrical trimmer is the neatest thing since sliced bread!! The consistency from case to case is excellent. I love them folks at RCBS and I love their products too; guess you could say I'm a satisfied customer.
