That's EXACTLY the "honey-rifle" I want.

He's gonna keep it up, 'til I can't take it anymore and get into real
deep doo-doo with the wife!

Doubt if she'll buy the excuse, "But Dear, it's all Wakeman's fault!"   :)
We need to change our politicians
like we do dirty diapers.............
for the same reason.

Guilty as charged, Woodseye. I'm anxiously awaiting my own, and it likely is the same sort of muzzleloading "need" that you have. When it comes to handwork, for those that do not understand, no explanation will suffice. For those that do understand, no explanation is necessary.

Can't wait for mine.

Very hard decision Randy. Few months ago i wanted a White. A month
ago wanted a Disc Elite, Now i'm thinking i want a savage. What's next?
In all honesty, the savage would be the best bet for me now. I already
own a Knight, and a T/C Encore. If i add a Savage to the collection, i
would say i'm pretty well set. Good old DAD, could pick whatever one
he wanted to use when he decides to go to NewYork with me hunting.

Randy, you and Henry should market/build my Ruger #1MZ - another "Greenfield Concept Rifle".   :)   Then I might foam.

It might fit well into your trunk? :coffee:

One 'problem' is where to put the ramrod-- is the world ready for a ramrod @ 90 degrees, or a ML without a permanent channel for it?

Rich, if someone came out with a ML like that, I might just sell all of my White ML's just to get one.  Do they come in 45 cal as well??

ED, you might need to add a Savage to your collection anyway.

Grouse, I'm saving, as fast as I can.  I just hope the Ball Limited Edition are still available when I have enough money.  Of course, if someone offered a payment plan, I could get my order in sooner!

UC,

SMI can, has and will make you a custom #1MZ. They use a smokeless rated Douglass barrel, Twist rates and barrel lengths are optional. You have to call for pricing. Oh, I'm sure you will need a #1 too.

I'm sure Henry Ball could make you one also.
