Any news on the 45-70 double gun that EAA has been promising

I have sent EAA several e-mails over the last 18 months on the status of the 45-70 double gun they were to import from Russia. Has anyone been in contact with them lately for an update? For anyone not familiar with the promised product, it was the on their "Bounty Hunter" side by side shotgun action. Product has been on their website for 18 months plus.

I spoke to them about a week ago. They told me they were having legal problems getting the guns into the US. They said to look for them in February of 2005, maybe. :roll:
