On the back end of the slide it looks kind of beat up.  Did somebody try to pistol whip a perp rather than shoot him?!

That's probably oil build-up on the polycoat finish.  My 75B does the same thing.  Wipe it off and it looks fine.

My buddy bought a NIB pre-ban CZ75 while we were stationed in the UK through USAF MWR rod&gun club about 15 years ago on the cheap.  A very sweet handling piece!   In hindsight - wish he would have been a little more persuasive at talking me into doing the same!
