NATIONAL DISGRACE

April 14, 2004 -- The national 9/11 commission has been hijacked by political shills -- men and women eager to subordinate truth to partisan advantage; who hold a transitory victory on Election Day more dear than American victory in the war on terror.
Tawdry ambition has eclipsed sacred duty; all Americans are diminished, but none more than the families of the 9/11 victims -- who expect better from the commission, and certainly deserve it.

Unless it is the thousands of young Americans now under arms in Iraq and elsewhere; their bravery and devotion to duty is inspirational. How shameful that the commission attack dogs hold their sacrifices so cheaply.

And John F. Kerry, who presumes to the presidency, acquiesces. What a disgrace.

HUK: You're right, and so is the Post article about it being a disgrace. But, those commiecraptic idjits ain't never gonna learn, even after the famous 8/6/01 memo was posted in the papers. Even a dolt could see there was nothing at all contained in the memo that would have allowed anyone, anyone at all to even possibly predict the 9/11 horror story, and it was so blatant that the librals and commies who had lied about what was in the memo that the commission immediately switched gears and is now after either the FBI or the CIA.

I think that will send a powerful enough message to the voters - hey, this is what was actually written, now where does it say??????????????????

It seems to me that the closer one gets to election time, the more lies fill the airways and media pages but even that eases off once the truth comes out. Now geez, even my ACLU staffer neice ain't talkin' to me now - she read the memo and knows she can't point the finger at Bush, but isn't willing to point it in the right direction. Oh well, I'm not leaving her my AK-47 in my will................. (LOL). Mikey.

I think this hole 9-11 commission was only there to make president Bush look bad agene. But now it's all pointing right backed the democrats. The women i for got her nam on the commission panel. But she was the one how wrote up the paper that wouldn't let the fbi and cia talk to each other. When she was working under Clinton. So here you got this women that started the hole deal between the fbi and the cia. That said they couldn't talk to each other trying to make it look like. The Bush white house is the blam for the hole thing agine. I don't think there is a democrat that know's or carrs what the truth is as long as it makes them look good. Just anther big joke at the taxe payer's cost agine. You all try an have a goo day.

These commissions aren't designed to get to the truth, they are designed to justify the 24/7 nonstop micromanagement of the people.

The outcome matters not as long as the head rooster gets to be on top of the designated pecking order.

It's not about justice, it's not about truth...it's about power and who gets to continue wielding it.

My in-laws are retired elementary school teachers, and Democrats. I watched the most recent Presidential press conference with them, and even they were commenting that the reporters turned the whole thing into a witch hunt and they thought the President handeled himself very well. They also said they were glad he is president, what would Gore have done? The are proud of im. And this is coming from democrats. maybe there is hope.

The more of these things I watch and the more I read I have become convinced POLITICS is the real oldist PROFESSION ! We all watch these guy's sell there "vote" to the highest contributer time and time again. The only thing missing is a street corner, and a drunk passed out in a gutter! I dont think there is enough people in Washington DC who give a rat's right ear about any of us anymore. Now it's all about Pac-money, Lobbyist, and Campaign contributions. I for one am just fed up!
DC wont be happy till we all are taxed so much that we cant see stright, and they can hand it all out to people and countrys that hate us to the core. Like the geek kid in school giving away his toys trying to be liked that is what we have become as a nation. Thanks to the sellout self serving politicions in Washington!

The 9/11 commission has already lost any vestige of credibility it ever had..
The person they most need to question ( Jamie Gorelick) sits up there , with the commission...daring to question decent Americans about their actions concerning the war on terror.

The commission has just about decided to blame the intelligence agencies for any failures...the same intelligence agencies that Gorelick, while in the justice dept. forbade to have contact with each other!!!

What a joke that gang is!!
