Hey.. Write a note explaining your problems and include it with the frame and send it back to T/C... I sent my oldest frame in late last fall and got it back rebuilt for free. If has newest trigger and hammer and a lot of other new parts put on. You will need to hook up with a FFL dealer to get it back, but an individual can send it to T/C with a copy of the dealers FFL and address enclosed... Also does the barrel have a double lug or single lug locking bolt?? The single lug ones may be a lot harder to release especially if burred up on the bearing surface. from cbagman
