bullet weight for 22-250?

Just got a NEF 22-250 to store in my safe for a friend and wonder what brand and weight bullets for bustin varmints would be best? also does anybody know the twist on this rifle?

I don't have a 22-250 in NEF, I am guessing the twist is 1 in 12.
All the other 22 cal's are. In Rem 788 My son and I  both shot Sierra
 52 grain HPBT's . They will take care of most of varmits. Marv.
