I bought a mold from lee it is a .429 240 grain round nose bullet. In my huntsman I shoot them in a green hornady sabot with 90 grains of rs and have as good results as I did with the power belts. 50 yard 2 inch groups. And they knock a deer over very nicely.

I buy bullets and sabots seperately using horndy 300gr xtp 45 cal. (off the handgun reloader shelf) and a triditions 45-50 sabot (from the muzzleloader section)
the load is still not as cheap as brewing your own but is about 1/4 the price of pre-packaged sabots or powerbelts.....atleast from what ive seen.
ive never found anything to beat them for accuracy (cloverleafing a three shot groups at 50yards) with 85 grains pydroex loose powder.
