7-30 waters

Im new to forming brass. Whats the best way to form 7-30 waters from 30-30 brass? Thanks- Tad :D

Tad:  I have only did a few in that caliber, and I ran them through a set of 7-30 waters dies first them loaded them with a light load and fired them to fire form them worked well for the time I had it. :D    JIM
