M82 sniper scope

I have a M82 WWII sniper scope that may have been manufactured by Lyman. It has a post, very clear optics, and is in very good condition.
Does anyone know what it might be worth? I have been told by an unreliable source that it is worth 600-800 dollars.
I will try to post a photo later today.
