Who makes a tested and true set of 30mm weaver style rings that'll stand up to a heavy recoiling handgun?

Leupold MKIV's are tough as nails but cost as well.  They have a 1/2" nut to torque down on the rail, and four star head's for each ring..

I picked up a set of Burris 30mm rings over the weekend that seem 'of quality'.

I'll second that on the Burris signature zee 30mm rings, they have 4 screws on the ring caps instead of the usual 2 each, very stout rings, plus they come with the +/- .010" offset inserts if you need em.
