I have heard and read some info on shooting glocks with non jacketed bullets, I bought a glock17 hopping to shoot lead but after reading about this dont know if I should, so I thought I ask the guys that shoot them and see what they think or have shot through theirs, So if you can help me out that's great. Thanks Badbrass

Glock advises not to, so I dont. To err on the safe side you can get a conventional rifled drop in barrel from several makers, think Federal Ordnance is one. They come up on ebay pretty regular.

The Federal Ordinance barrel is available from Lone Wolf for about $100. It's a good invenstment.

I recommend KKM or Barsto barrels. The Barsto's need to be fitted by a gunsmith and the KKM's are drop in. I have both and am very happy with their accuracy.
