me and a decent size boar

me  and  a decent sized  boar  i  shot  with  my 45-70   300 gr winchester hollow points distance 45 yards time 830pm
Hi  enjoy  hunting  guns    teaching  my  2  daughters  about  hunting  and  boxing

hey buddy  i  have  some friends in tucumacari, NM  went  to amarillo  with  them  and  ate  a  huge  steak. anyways  this  pig  is  fairly recent  and  he  had  some awesome  meat  he  was  a  barrow,  meaning he was cut  did  not  stink at all  most  of  my meat  is  donated around my neighboorhood  someone  is  always  needing  a  ham  or  ribs  to  smoke

Nice Hog Howie.  That is what I would be looking for for a first time hog!  Keep the pics coming so I can hunt vicariously through you until I am able to go on my own.

Hogs  this  size  do  not  come  easily in the wild, i  hunted  this  pig  for  motnhs  and  how  i  was  able  to  it  was  the  right  one  his  left  hoof  was  spread   alot  wider.  honestly  any pig  in  the  wild  is  a  true  trophy

That's a nice boar Howie. How much did he weigh? Seems here lately the bigger hogs have been comming out of East Texas. Less hunting pressure or better environment?

not  exactly  for  sure  what  he  weighed  it  did  take  5  of  us  to  get him loaded,  i  think  the  reason  for  the  big  hogs  is  because  of  the  thick jungles  down  here  it  is  nearly impossible  in spots  to even  get  in  there
