I don't consider $25 for 50 to be a good price. That's VERY high. You can get new FC 7-30 headstamped nickle brass for that and E. A. Brown an advertiser and supporter of this site sells formed brass for half that price.
Folks seem to want to make a big deal of it being formed from .375 Win. as opposed to .30-30 brass. I've seen no real difference in the performance of it. The .30-30 brass is made for use in applications just as high in pressure as you can safely push it in the Contender. Making an assumption you can use .375 brass and run pressures higher is asking for trouble and sooner or later you'll find it.
