Take the bolt from the rifle.  Clamp is a padded vise.  Using a screw driver that fits remove the large screw at the rear of the bolt by turning counter clockwise..be careful.  As the screw is withdrawn the cocking piece sleeve will come out also.  Slide of the bolt handle and rear gas baffle.  The cocking cam pin can now be withdrawn.  It is a large headed pin at the rear that enters the bolt at right angles in front of the rear baffle.  After this is removed the firing pin is free to be removed.  After the firing pin is out the bolt head retaining pin may be removed.  It is located behind the front baffle and is removed left to right.  The bolt head, front baffle and friction washer will now come off.  Be sure to replace the friction washer in the proper place when reassembling the bolt.  Otherwise simply reassemble in reverse order..  Of course a headspace guage will be needed to set the headspace after the bolt head is replace...
