You have to love finding places like this
« on: March 24, 2004, 01:09:31 PM »
I was visiting my girlfriends parents last month in wisconsin. One night we were sitting at the dinner table and saw a couple of deer come out of the woods. The next morning I decided to see if I could find any sheds so I followed the deer trail maybe 100 to 200 yards from the house and ran across this creek. As I walked along the creek I would see a fish dart here and there but couldn't make them out. I went back to my truck and pulled out my travilen rod and made my way back down to the stream. I probably caught 20 brook trout in and hour or two. It was a blast. Her father said he had no idea there were any fish in the creek. I can't wait to get back up there and hit them again.
To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk.

Two roads diverged in a wood, and --
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

I take it her father doesn't fish. Cool to find, you're right.
