Yet another reminder of the rotten morals of the few degenerates we must unfortunately endure in our society. The thief or thieves have obviously never spent much, if any, time pursuing a live trophy whitetail buck, or they might have some inkling of the priceless value of these trophies to their worthy owners.

And what will the perpetrators do with these mounts? It will be next to impossible to sell them for profit without someone tracing the antlers back to the criminals who stole them. What kind of satisfaction would the criminal get from hanging them on his/her own wall? To any sane mind they would simply be a reminder of the crime that was committed to attain them. And anyone who purchases such remarkable antlers without knowing with certainty their actual source is as much a criminal as the actual thief/thieves.

Let us all hope that someone with a shred of decency comes forth to pinpoint the location of these irreplaceable trophies so they can be rightfully returned to their owners. Regardless of the outcome of this despicable act, the thieves can never steal the sense of accomplishment and the memories associated with the hunt of these fine animals in the hearts of the accomplished hunters who harvested them.
There is no more humbling experience for man than to be fully immersed in nature's artistry.
