Do you live near Dixie Gun Works?

I was going to order their Naval Carriage plans (PR-1015) but have a definite problem with paying a minimum $5.75 shipping charge when a 37 cent stamp would do.  If you happen to drop by Dixie would you pick this up and mail to me?  e-mail <bebloomster@aol.com>.

So far these are the ONLY plans that I have been able to find for a scale naval carriage.  Know of another source?
