Riser blocks

I currently have a set of Weaver #91 Grand Slam bases and Weaver See Thru rings on my Anshutz 64. This gives a height from the top of the receiver to the bottom of the scope tube of 1.25 inches. I'm looking to gain another .50 inche in scope height. Any suggestions on who makes custom risers. I'm trying to avoid buying a new base and ring setup but would consider it. Thanks for any help.

S&K Scope mounts. He'll make them to any height you'd like, with riser blocks .
