1885 Rebarreled for 338 Win Mag or 35 Whelan?

The recent 1885 Highwalls were chambered for 7mm Mag max.  Are there any issues related with rebarreling a highwall for 338 Win Mag or 35 Whelan, 350 Rem Mag or similar chamberings?

MacKC,

The original Browning/Winchester 1885 was at it's best reliability with rimmed cartridges.  They have been adapted of course, for modern rimless cartridges.

I've not seen an 1885 chambered for 7mm Remington Magnum, but am sure they exist.  There should be no problems with receiver strength, barrel shank thinkness, etc.  My only question is that of extractor reliability on a dangerous game rifle such as .338 Winchester Magnum.

I think that both the 338 Win Mag or the 35 Whalen are fine elk/moose rounds and as such
would be well suited to the 1885 SS. POW
