I have a knife that that i dont know anything about could anyone tell me about it.
it is a folding lockblade knife

on the left side of the blade is a butterfly with the word benchmade in the middle of it and on the right side is the words Elishewitz ats-34 Pre-production run
0726 of 1000

It has a black grip with a clip on the right side and the inside of the grips looks to be brass

Don't know much about Benchmade knives, except that the ones I've handled and used were all pretty good quality.

The only thing I could find was http://www.csm-w.com/Knives.htm looks like what you have is a pre production test knife, one that they make a few of and see how well they are recieved at blade and such, at least that's what I think, I'm no expert.

Also no way for me to be sure, but the "brass looking" linner is probably anidized titianium.
