I have a 300 Whisper that I reload for but so much depends on your use.  What do you want to do with it...super-sonic...sub-sonic.....hunting....punching paper....etc...

I have found H110 very useful in many situations.

In the one I had before I sold it, 9gr H110, behind a 220gr SMK bullet.

I have since switched to a 15" Encore in .308 using a 200gr SMK bullet, ahead of 20gr of H110. I also us a filler to fill the rest of the case. I got better accuracy with the factory .308 Encore barrel than I did with the SSK barrel.

Mine is also 9gr H110 seated .001" off the lands.  

I assume you do realize that sub sonic only means it sounds like a 22LR and not totally quiet.
