6mm Vartarg Turbo

I need some help... I have someone that has a 6mm Vartarg Turbo for sale. It is the old I got it to sell again.  So they don't know anything about it... I haven't found much data on this round. All I have found out is it a 222 Rem neck up to a 6mm.
My question is how close is it too the 6mm TCU or 6x45?
Can 223 brass be used?
What the dimension of the case?
Any other info would be GREAT!
