Something new from summit

This year summit has come out with a new type stand. It's called the clear shot. It looks like a strap on stand but it's a climbing stand. It comes with a hand climber. There are no armrests to get in the way. It only weighs in at 14 lbs. and the handclimber iis only 2lbs. Capacity is 300 lbs. Now that's light! going to get one hopfully to day . Called bps yesterday and they were too busy getting ready for the hunting classic to look to see if they have one. I think I will email summit and see if they have shipped some out already. Finally, a climbing stand that looks like a strap on and nothing to get in your way. Got to love those guys at summit.
:-D

The new Clear Shot does look sweet...Kinda like a Loggy Bayou without the fear of slipping down the tree.

I've seen the clear shot in the Cabellas catalog. Looks nice, but I feel better with something around me. We just bought two Viper X4's, and they are the best. Comfortable, light and my 13 year old daughter can use it by herself.
