old star lubesizer?

I have a star lubesizer that was given to me and I cannot figure out how to add lube . the top part unscrews but how can i get the plunger out so I an add lube.  any other helpful techniques would be appreciated.

I am a machinist and I will make top punches for anyone for a reasonable price. let me know.

Remove the handle on the main screw. Turn the main screw upside down. Stick it down into the tube and screw it onto the lube follower.

Now pull.






Don't force it; get a bigger hammer!
