I assume your going to reload mostly rifle ammo but it really doesn't mater too much.  I always recommend a good single stage press to start with and nobody builds better than RCBS.  I've an old Rockchucker thats over thirty years old.  God only knows the ammo it's loaded and the bullets it swaged(just a phase).  RCBS put together several Kits but buy the Rockchucker or A3 press(?), it's truly tough.. The new models are even expanded(taller) a bit so the 50 BMG rounds can be safely loaded..  Buy the best even if you must save a while as less than the best is just too costly..  RCBS has the best service department in the firearms industry or anywhere else.  It's really simple if it doesn't, and they really don't care much why it's not working, they will either fix it of replace it!!  Even if you do something perhaps less than 'Wise' that caused the problem....  It's the one company that I have developed a real loyalty to, becaise they are the best!!  Welcome to the world of reloading..  Glad to help but we have a reloading column and they really know their stuff.  Vome back and visit..

I agree with gunnut69, but I will add that I recommend staying away from most of the LEE products. I have thrown more LEE crap away than I ever have kept. Their dies are OK and their priming tool is pretty good. The new cast iron press they are advertising seems OK but I haven't actually seen one yet. Most of the other stuff isn't worth wasting your money on. Some will disagree but thats my opinion.   KN
