Need a single-shot .22 reblued
« on: August 23, 2004, 07:52:33 AM »
I just picked up an old Savage Mod. 3 with  refurbishing it for my grandson in mind.  It doesn't have pits or need a Hi-gloss finish.  Anybody out there who can do this or point me to somebody that can.  Also what's a fair price for something like this?.....Thanks in advance    Essex County

I always advise that people such as yourself take their work to the local shop if possible. I've had so much trouble shipping that I am quite leery...  Your local gunshop should have someone who can blue that rifle for you and the gun won't be nearly so well traveled.  If all else fails there are several shopd that advertise in GunList that are located in Florida that I've seen given good reviews by others..
