I just traded for and older Win 94 in 30-30.  When I try to load ammo in the magazine, whatever is supposed to hold the round in isn't working.  The base of the round comes back and jams up the loading gate. Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem.  I am not very familure with the working of the m-94.  I guess I will be before I get this one working. :?  :?

I can't help you with this, but you should try and post on:

They have a section under Leverguns for Win 94's and folks always post their problems and someone usually has a solution for them. I think posting on a site that is dedicated to the win 94's would help.
