Ammo for 300 win mag

I bought some Winchester 180 grain Power Point just to do some shooting
and my winchester LOVES them. My question is are they any good to hunt with for a 300 win mag?. I have shot bear claws for years but these will group better with my rifle. I hunt deer and elk with the same bullet.
what else would my options be for a all around bullet? thanks

I say it will work just fine on deer and elk.
