Clark Custom Guns Inc. does some work with the 7600 but I don't think they do the rebarreling.
you can check with these to see if they will do your rifle.

GTR tooling advertizes that they will rebarrel any rifle but I would send them an email first - mostsmiths will only work on bolt action rifles because they want the most accurate results they can get.

Alway check loads you find on the internet against manuals.
