Grip safety on Smith & Wesson 952?
« on: September 12, 2004, 11:23:51 AM »
I just got an S&W 952 new (but without owners' manual) in a trade.  I have a Model 39 and a Model 52, this kinda' completes the trilogy:)  The grip backstrap is hinged like a grip safety but it doesn't work like a grip safety (the gun fires whether it is depressed or not).  Does anyone know what this feature is for?  Thanks in advance.
