Tought call.  I'd be hard pressed to choose between a Henry and '66.  I'd probably go with the Henry since it is more $$ and for this gun $$ is no object.

The lever 87 shotgun is what I need to fill my SASS gun list to shoot. For now.

Does this have to be a CAS gun?

A Barrett bolt action .50 BMG!

I too would like to have a fully outfitted Sharps for some serious long range. I could never afford one nor could I be patient enough to wait for one if I could even afford it.

How about a new in the box 1876 Winchester, heck I would not care too
much about what caliber.

My next gun will be a brand new .357 SS Bisley Vaquero.  I just turned 21, so I can finally own a handgun.  After that, I plan to pick up either a good deer rifle (although I've been told you can't hunt deer with a rifle in Indiana) or a good CAS rifle.

My next on the want/need/ gotta have list is a Navy Arms Schofeild, Wells-Fargo model in .44 WCF.    :)     I have a new (to ME  ) Shilo Sharps that I've yet to see.  I'm in AK and its still in UT.  Luckily fer me the wife is down there now and she's going to bring it home with her when she comes home.  That'll give me more reason to be glad to see Sweetie home again.

I would love a pair of Lemats.(wife says I get one if I can drop another 50 lbs.-I have lost 80 in the last 4 years and that garnered me a 51 colt-hickock style from Cabelas)  If money was no object, I would love a sharps, .45-110 and I would love a knuckleduster.   I don't know why some enterprising company hasn't reintroduced the knuckleduster for CAS folks, it seems it would be easy in a .22, since that and 32 were the original chambering anyway.

Uhhh, what's a knuckleduster, wiping drool from my chin

My ultimate dream gun would be a semi auto left handed bull pup design 50 BMG, and the money to feed it!

Other wise I'll settle for an iron frame Henry.
