235 and 250 gr 375 H&H load data
« on: July 19, 2004, 05:37:56 PM »
I found this mint 75 Winchester Model 70 in 375 H&H 1:12 twist 24 inch bbl.  I have tried 69 Grs. of 4064 and RL15 with the 250 grain Sierra bullet.  I also have some Speer 235 grain bullets enroute.  Since it costs a bit more to develop loads for this caliber, does anyone have the magic formula than makes 250 and 235 bullets shoot tight in flight.  I have to admit that I'm fond of using IMR and Alliant Powder.  Any help will be very appreciated.

THKS,

C F

The two powders that I am currently using for my 375 H&H are Hodgen
4350 and H-Varget. Not sure what the load data is for the 235/250 grainers but if these powderes can be used, give them a try.  :D
