As i was talking to a friend of mine the other day, i was mentioning that i needed to go and get some bullets for reloading my .25-06. She reminded me that until a year ago she had worked at SIERRA BULLETS (by the way i live about 2 miles from the Sierra Bullets plant),and that she had several pounds of factory seconds that didn't meet Sierra's specs sitting on her porch. I was really paying attention as soon as she said that, and i asked what caliber if she knew. She said .223 52 gr. hpbt, but the reason they were rejected is that they are + or - a grain or two in weight. She asked me if i wanted them ,and i said well i don't have dies for that caliber ,but i will get them now. I got the bullets from her front porch yesterday ,and counted them (653 rounds) of fine varmint, paper punching bullets. Also she had 6 pounds of 9mm pistol bullets, and she asked if i wanted them i said well sure. I don't have a 9mm anymore, because i traded it for my first NEF .223 Survivor.(good trade). i will find something to do with them. Anyways there is a qeustion after all of this. Will they variences in weight of the .223 bullets affect accuracy greatly?
