IS IT TIME
« on: September 19, 2004, 06:20:50 AM »
Went to Hunter Education Class yesterday.  Had spent 10 hours with 75 other people, mostly children.  I think I am ready to spend a few hours in the woods waiting on deer.  See the stars October 1st, IS IT TIME YET?

Just a few more days  . As silly as this may sound, I'm not an archer. But my best friend just got a brand new Mathews Black Max 2, and I'm just as psyched for him as he is to be going. I will be joining him in the stands next year for archery when I get my Mathews FX sometime after CHRISTmas. I probably could hunt the late PA archery season (which runs until the 2nd week in January) but I think I better get used to my bow first. Best be safe than sorry. Good luck on your archery hunt (whenever it may be!)  :D

Cam, he actually wanted me to do that, but I don't think he wants me out there on the first day (for kinda obvious reasons...a camera is just one more distraction to a deer in the deer woods...u kno...a chance not one should take on the opener). And I'm flattered that you have no idea on my video-making skills and you persevere to ask me to video-tape your hunt where for all intensive purposes, the next Lovstuen buck could walk by your stand. I'll just roll w/ the punches and see what happens. Talk to ya later, ya'll!  :D
