When Ruger introduced the All Weather 77 mk II I bought one in 308 .
Like all Rugers the styling on the metal is first class. The basic shape of the stock is perfect. But the billboard sign and contruction is awful. The sling swivels rattle bad enough you do'nt need rattling antlers. It's tupperware construction makes it flimsey. The trigger requiers a block and tackle to pull. And although the shiney stainless does'nt seem to spook the deer any you can forget calling in preditors without camo tape.
To top all that off my rifle will only group 2.5 inches.
I must be off in the head because I keep trying to improve the poor thing.
because I love those Rugers.
Could one of you tell again why I bought it
Its not the only Ruger in my pile but it is the only problem child.
Has anyone else had accuracy problems with the Mk II ?
