How do I adjust a Remington 700 adl trigger?

Heard this is easy, but I have never done before.  Is there a website that tells me how to do this?

I'll be honest...why f*** around with it when you can take it to a gunsmith and pay him...what...$20 maybe a lil' more to get it done professionaly? If you don't know...don't do it. Trust me...wit dem rifles...any lil change can screw it up forever (and cost ya more). Good luck!  :D

Fish is absolutely right on this one, take your rifle to a qualified gunsmith and have him adjust the trigger. Don't try it yourself.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it CAN be done...they make the tools for individual use...but for those who have NO clue to do it...take it to the good ol' gun shop. Take care.  :D
