is it possible to take the parts out of the action in a nef/h&r gun? I don't see how it is possible i don't plan on doing it but if somthing broke i would sure like to know that you could at least be able to take it apart and work on it...

Sure can with a drift punch, but make sure you know what you are doing first. Do a search on trigger jobs, most of it will be explained in there. I am sorry I don't have the time right now to find it for you. Look for Perklo.
