Worth of Stainless EMF Remington

local pawn shop has a stainless 1858 Remington 44cal made by EMF used but good condition for $175. Seems like good deal but am not sure of EMF and am on the look-out for a Ruger.
Good deal or no?

EMF is the importer - chances are, the gun is made by Pietta, look at the barrel.  If the fit and finish are okay, buy the gun, but not for $175 - you can get a new one for $20 more; this is not a bargain.
