broke my decapping pin on my .41 dies and called them they are sending me a new stem and a pack of pins for free. Great company to deal with!

had only a few mishaps, but EVERY time RCBS has warrantied the item no questions. inherited some older dies from an uncle sent them in and was sent new dies, not saying to cheat them, but was very impressed as the dies were not in the best shape from years of use, again no questions asked, R

R.C.B.S. customer service is great.
