What will it be used for?  Packing in the back country or concealed carry?  For just backcountry packing, the Bianchi #5BHL works well, and can be used to conceal to some extent.

Desantis® 001; have used one for years for my S&W Airweight® Mdl 37. Very secure & very comfortable.
