you can watch all the videos you what but it is no substitute for doing it in person.

I have a  DVD called  Game processing basics. it has chapters on clean and skinning your game in the field, cut and quarter your game, prepare game meat for the freezer storage  and cape your trophy for a shoulder mount.

I also have a DVD that came with my buck buster knife http://www.do-alloutdoors.com/ I got that showes how to use it while field dressing big game.
