im looking for some info on the powder if anybody has used it for a .223? i know about steves pages,and i have reloading books.

You won't get full speeds with anything except the lightest bullets in the .223, but accuracy can be exellent. Check the Accurate web site for load data, and watch yourself as you get near the top because you can easily overpressure yourself with this powder in a case that big. (2230 works better for heavier loads.)
