All,

Here are some fun pictures that I took tonight, while supposedly practicing.  You will notice that my scores show how hard I was trying, and how much I was screwing around with the camera.

These pictures are of our indoor range, and some of my equipment.

Enjoy

Great pics, thanks for sharing!  You have a fantastic collection of rifles and access to a great range.  I especially like the picture through the scope.  That one makes me want to go shoot.

My grandma grew up in Cache Valley.  I didn't grow up in that area (she died before I was born and I live in MA), but the one time I got to visit was in the fall and Logan and the canyon were just gorgeous.

Thanks RobbW,

I must admit the pictures are probably too big for most people that have dialup access.  I forget about that sometimes, I will get a chance to resized these pictures over the weekend.

I will hopefully be able to get some pictures of our outdoor range this weekend.

It is a small world when it comes down to it.  Cache Valley is really pretty this time of year, it would be great if we could get a big enough range that we could house nationals one year.  It is a dry heat and not to hot, it would make Nationals pretty enjoyable.  Someday maybe.

CHunter;

I had a headache...and she's 14 years old!  By the time I finished with that it was too late.  Besides, photos of middle aged men standing as still as they can are not very exciting.  Next time take photos of your wife shooting.  Works in advertising!

For those you are voyeuring, the range is really quite nice.  The indoor range as a target system, lighting and ventilation.  We schedule the range in advance for our winter league.  For the outdoor range we setup the frames and get out the steel targets.  Nice covered shooting line.  There are also 50' and 50 yd ranges, four shot gun ranges and an archery range.  We've got room for picnics and barbeques and great scenery.

If you are interested in shooting with us contact CHunter or the Cache Valley Hunter Education Center.  We'll be getting next years schedule together and let you know.

DWL,

Are you on for Saturday and some outdoor silhouettes?
