I just returned from a week at Fish River Lodge that has to be the greatest, most relaxing and exciting week I've ever spent. It started off slow(hot weather not condusive to bear hunting) and ended with 2 of the most exciting days of my life.
Although I didn't harvest a bear I had the opportunity but blew it. Actually it was 2 opportunities. Jim & Kathy Lynch have to be the most cordial & accomodating people in all of Maine. And Jim knows his bears! I'm making plans for next year's hunt at Fish River Lodge.
