223 butt stock shell holders

just wondering where i can get a shell holder for a 223 that goes on the butt of the gun.

What type of shell holder...slip on or  fixed ???? If slip on...most Walmarts sell the Uncle Mike's shell holders...both the nylon and the Neoprean...I've had both...and the Neopreane seems to me better...it also cost  about $5- $8 more too...
