Mighty Max, Nite Lite, others?

I am looking for a light for predator hunting.  I've seen Mighty MAx lights and Nite Lite's.  Are there others?  Are there any problems with these ones?  In PA we can't have a gun mounted light and this handheld light is too heavy and dies too fast.  Any insight into a light that mounts on your head/hat?
