Bob white quail in NY, how many?

Heard a bob white calling this morning.   Later saw it poking around the yard.   Near Albany,  with a brush field behind the house.

Very rare to see near Albany,   how about other parts of the state?

Hmmmmmm, Albany? Didnt think they went that far up north. Got pleanty down in Long Island. Been hunting the same coveys for years now. it is some great hunting.

I lived in the Albany area for years,never knew there were Quail there. See them here in NYC at Jamicia Bay all the time.
